The process

Most timber and aluminium windows can be changed from single to double glazed with the minimal amount of disruption to the existing joinery. We will call out discuss your needs and advise as to the best approach to obtain the desired outcome,  so there is usually no need to remove your existing frames. There are literally hundreds of formats  to make up a double glazed unit so it is not a one size fits all application. What we do is install the same insulated glass units that new homes have  and not the inferior clip on secondary  glazing systems that are out there.
